Hello,

As John Nixon correctly spotted at the end of last year, there was an
error in the page of section 3 (Protein Geometry) describing the gamma
turn.
(See http://pps99.cryst.bbk.ac.uk/discuss/pps99/9811/0029.html and my
answer at http://pps99.cryst.bbk.ac.uk/discuss/pps99/9812/0000.html)

This has now been corrected. The new version can now be seen at
http://pps99.cryst.bbk.ac.uk/ppscore/section3/jonc/revturn2.html

You may well find this useful in a few weeks, when self-assessment begins.

I will post two dates for BioMOO sessions on section 5 (Bioinformatics)
over the next day or two. There is no news yet on the problems some
students have experienced with the tutorial when using Explorer version 4
- I'll get back to you as soon as I can on this.

Good luck!

Dr Clare Sansom
